[Usage Example] Elimination of lock part sticking and improved durability.

We solved the problem of the coupling that had become so hard it needed to be struck with a hammer due to liquid leakage!

Due to heat, oil, and dust, the locking part has become stiff and difficult to detach. This is particularly problematic in hydraulic and grease piping, where liquid leakage during detachment can lead to air and foreign substances entering the system. To address this, a one-touch coupling was adopted at the piping connection points of the rolling equipment, which minimizes liquid leakage and air intrusion during detachment. As a result, the work of detaching and attaching the piping has become easier, and the absence of liquid leakage has eliminated the sticking of the locking part, improving the issues at the connection points themselves. [Case Study] ■ Issues - Liquid leakage to the outside and air/foreign substances entering the inside during coupling detachment. ■ After Implementation - Work during piping detachment has become easier. - Issues at the connection points have also been improved. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Usage Example] One-Touch Coupling *With Video

A case where the connection points in a food factory were made one-touch, improving work efficiency and safety!

In a food factory in the Kanto region that manufactures and sells milk, ice cream, desserts, and dairy products, a heel clamp is used at the piping connection points of the coffee extraction circuit. The piping size is 1.5 inches, and the frequency of attaching and detaching the heel clamp was about 1 to 2 times a day. However, the work was being done at a height of about 2.5 meters using a step ladder, requiring the worker to stretch their arms to perform the attachment and detachment, which took a considerable amount of time. Therefore, we introduced our "One-Touch Coupling." As a result, the work of attaching and detaching the piping at height with arms extended became very easy with just one touch, and since there are no parts that detach from the coupling body, such as screws or gaskets, there have been no accidents involving parts falling to the floor. [Case Study] ■ Issues - The attachment and detachment work with the heel clamp was time-consuming. ■ Effects - Improved work efficiency and safety. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
